One of my favourite places in the country besides Sabah is none other than Sarawak. I love the friendly people of the Borneo island and their open mindedness about life. They are very humble, interesting and always open to options and suggestions.
My Road Tour Kecergasan came to Kuching, Sarawak on a wrong timing. The state has just started with thier new government and new broom always sweeps well. Most of the government agencies are busy with their own fitness programmes. Cant blame them though, it was our fault because we didnt take this into consideration when we booked our flights
Alhamdulilahhh... we managed to gather about 30 people to join the programme and as always i give my best even though the number of participants is small
The venue is at Pustaka Galeri Kuching, a very nice cosy and well managed place. thanks to Fadhilah Fhad who managed to get us the venue in a short notice.
I was impressed by the glass staircase, its so something out of the ordinary but becareful when you walk up the stairs if you're wearing skirts!
Really love the venue, with open lakes and a very nice view which gives me a sense of serenity
I am so touched when the TV crew from RTM Sarawak came to do an interview and covering the programme. Road Tour Kecergasan Sarawak will be featured in TVi Astro channel 180 on the 11th of June 2011 @ 9.30am. I didnt expect to get this coverage inview of the small number of participants.
although the participants are small in number, they are one 'huge' crowd in terms of response and fitness level
during theory session
When the action starts !!
i give them a bit and they give back loads of excitement! What a crowd..!
i had my fair share of humour
the guy in white is a 'Pengarah, Biro Tata Negara Sarawak'. This is what i meant when i say they are so open minded. He is humble and open to criticism. Kudos to the people of Sarawak. I love you lah....!
from left : The Boss who happens to be my favourite DJ, Mr Hafiz, his wife Maizatul the iron lady behind Rich Learning Sdn and yours truly
The participants get the opportunity to get to know each other during their group discussion
during their presentation
I see 'michael jackson' in his thriller video
kamik orang sangat gembira dapat jumpak kitak semua. Semuga dapat berjumpak lagi ya :)
* Note : My heartiest thank you to Fadhilah aka Dillot for the effort that he put on in putting this event a success. If not for Dillot, i dont think i will have the opportunity to visit and do the programme in Kuching. Thank you Dillot for your hospitality and a gracious host. Thank you too for your efforts. I hope this will not be my last venture to Sarawak with Road Tour Kecergasan. Macamane Dillot? sanggup lagik ka....??
