Aerobics is a form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching
and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness (flexibility,
muscular strength, and cardio-vascular fitness). It is usually performed to music and may be
practiced in a group setting led by an instructor, although it can be done solo and without
musical accompaniment. With the goal of preventing illness and promoting physical fitness,
practitioners perform various routines comprising a number of different dance-like exercises. Formal aerobics classes are divided into different levels of intensity and complexity. Aerobics classes may allow participants to select their level of participation according to their fitness level. Many gyms offer a wide variety of aerobic classes for participants to take. Each class is designed for a certain level of experience and taught by a certified instructor with a specialty area related to their particular class.

Me, Myself and I
Assalamuallaikum warahmatullahiwabarakatuh...
Welcome
Finally...after all the hassle and after consulting my daughters, (Johanna, the software engineer working in Singapura and the latter, Jihan an undergraduate in Uitm, Shah Alam) on how to create a blog, i painstakingly managed to create one on my own although i must say is not perfect yet. Mind you, i was born in the 60's, grew up amongst bell bottoms and later with 'Billie Jean' and the 'Material Girl'. Bill Gates was still daydreaming at his bedroom 'window' trying to figure out on how to be a millionaire! My last office adventure was in 1987. Computers were the BIG BOXES in the bosses' office while we were stamping our fingers on the keys of the Olympia. Internet excess were never heard of. I'm totally lost when in comes to the latest gadgets be it in the offices or handphones and watnots..
Anyways, what inspired me to have this blog done was because of 2 phone calls that i received back in December 08. One came from Benut and the other from Singapura. What amazes me was these ladies got my phone number from the internet, enquiring about having me to train them to be Aerobic Instructors. I didnt know an article written about me some years ago in Mingguan Malaysia still lingers in the virtual world. This gave me an idea on how, whoever out there, who needs my assistance regarding 'Group Fitness' to be able to contact me through the net and i am willing to share whatever little knowledge i have with them.
In this blog, i will update my progress from time to time and if theres any individual, corporate companies or governement bodies who are interested to invite me as a speaker or a trainer, please do not hesitate to contact me here or through my email and i will provide you with the course content if need arises. Hence, i will oblige with a minimal fee of course.
Why in English?? naa.... my blog is bilingual. All of you are welcome to write either in our lingua franca or the second language. Bahasa Rojak is also welcome as long as either of us understands what has been said.
I welcome you again.... wassallam..
