Pemantapan Tarian Ethnik Sarawak & SenamSeni Malaysia

Sesampai saje saye di lapangan terbang Sibu, saye terima panggilan talipon dari En Zein, Tim.Peng.JKKN mengarahkan saye ke Kuching dari 23hb - 27hb May untuk kursus pemantapan SenamSeni Malaysia bersama Jurulatih Seni Budaya Negara tahap 3. The first thing that came to mind is baju gerenti tak cukup. Saye cun cun bawak utk 4hari 3 malam di Sibu. Apekan daya, saye menurut perintah. sampai je di Kuching, jurulatih jurulatih dah pon memulakan latihan mereka dalam pemantapan tarian ethnik Sarawak.

Slot saye bermula 4.30pm pada 24hb May, pagi tu saye free, saye mengambil kesempatan berjalan jalan di bandar Kuching bersama FuFu (saiful)

depan hotel kami ade sungai Sarawak. Airnye tenang aje, malam malam kami jalan jalan diWaterFront selepas tamat latihan. Ramai orang ghuper nye jalan jalan pada waktu malam

saye mengajak jurulatih jurulatih mengulangkaji pembacaan musik. mereka ini semua professional, memudahkan kerja saye

Amir, jurulatih dari negeri Kenyalang memberi pos istimewa, gagah gituh....

Fafa lentik ni pon ndak jugak.... tengah bersedia untuk tarian ngajat lesung. Ending tarian ni, dia orang semua menari sambil gigit lesung ni, lesung ni berat, nasib baik tak tercabut gigi mereka

manis manis belaka dari kiri Leha(sabah), Hanan(perlis), Duling (sarawak), Jumaninor (K.Lumpur) dan Hasni (dulu joho skng dah jadi orang sabah bah..)

perghh... ni yang saye paling tak tahan nengok ni.... urusetia dan pegawai begitu dedikasi membuat kerja.. nak menangis la saye menengokkan..ish ish Lydia..(yg kanan sekali pakai kemeja pink)

Kursus Kesihatan, Kecergasan & Gaya Hidup Sihat - Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Sarawak

Thank you LHDN Sarawak for inviting me again. We did the course with the first group in Bintulu last year and this year's venue is Sibu. My third trip to Sibu and i must say this trip is the best View of Sungai Rejang from the 11th floor of the RH hotel. (note : the longest river in malaysia)
