Caught in the act!!!

Facial expression implies a revelation about the characteristics of a person, a message about something internal to the expresser. It is a nonverbal communication and the expression usually implies a static painting that expresses a mood or capture a sentiment, thus this is a very important factor for a Group Fitness Instructor. Group Fitness Instructors are always exposed to the public especially when they have to do a mass aerobics session.

We have to put on a smile or an expression that represents a fun and an enjoyable time although we are in a situation or woke up on the wrong side of the bed

most of us will lit up the minute the music starts

Smiling and laughter helps to promote release of a “feel good” group of hormones called endorphins

Aliez (pic below) doing an expression during her belly dance workout, dont you just love this!

Redza in a somewhat serious mode trying very hard to breakdown his routine which he did very well and had everyone shouting for more

another one caught in the act, Salleh

Aisyah giving a smooch... eheh which got everyone going goo goo gaa gaa

an expressive Ija with a lit up face that will change your mood

the fun man himself - Malek, he never fail to make a routine fun and enjoyable

Adilla demonstrating her moves with an expression which will than inspire the participants to follow her

Ada having a great time which will make whoever following her workout having a great time too

When an instructor smile or lit up during a workout, the instructor will not only promote health and beauty but will also send a positive message that can potentially change someone else's mood for the better.

An instructor will appear confident and capable when she smiles

Smiling is a natural drug, it is also contagious

When an instructor smile and have a fun expression, they will lighten up the atmosphere and change the moods of others. This will make everyone happier. A smiling and fun person brings happiness with them.

The muscles we use to smile lift the face, making a person appear younger.

A fun expression will prevent us from looking tired and worn down.

Nothing has more power to elevate a mood than the impact of a genuine smile and a fun expression

Various studies have shown that smiling and laughter can boost the functioning of the immune system. This may help to reduce your risk of developing everything from the common cold to chronic diseases such as cancer. Could there be a less expensive medicine than this?
