Aerobics/Group Fitness Class

Every Monday i teach at an international oil company in Cyberjaya. I have been doing workouts with these ladies for more than a year now. These ladies are very enthusiastic and show a lot interest and progress in their fitness level.





eheh... so cute aaa you cheated...hihihi its ok, like i always said 'listen to your own body'



Maria (the one in white) is one of the pioneers in the class




Wah Leng (green shorts) seldom misses the class although i know she is a very busy woman





some of the new faces (im sorry i didnt get your names)



sometimes i challenged their capabilities but no one made a sound... pheww....


I normally start with an aerobic session and then muscle conditioning/strength training and end with a stretch


What i like most about these ladies is that they are punctual and i can always start my class on the dot.





come on....bear with me....we have another 2 and a half minutes to go




ahhhaaaa....playful or probably trying to distract me (pssstttt.....she cheating...ehehehe)

    i'm xperiencing knee injury last week. sakit giler! nampaknya kena rest from aerobic class.

    there are other ways to exercise besides doing the usual aerobic dance. perhaps we can try it sometimes. by the way, where are you located, maybe i can make arrangements for you to join my classes.

    Get an opinion from a physician on your knee condition first b4 you engaged yourself in any kind of physical activities

  5. "Plank" salah satu cara selain crunch & sit up to falten our stomach. Make sure kita in our stomach while doing this activity. Betul tak Hanim.

  6. Plank is more for strengthening the core muscles rather than flattening the tummy. There is no spot reduction. Ape yg diaorang tengah buat is a beginner's plank/bridge sebab diorang ni baru lagi. mase buat tu, tummy tug in and make sure badan kite tidak melintik to avoid hyper extension to the back. start with 1 min and gradually increase time to 3-5mins.(dalam mase 3bulan)
    try it in your class yea :)

  8. the nearest class i can recommend you to go is shah alam. what say you...do you think you will be able to make it to shah alam for classes. I can recommend you a friend who is teaching is shah alam and probably you can do a Personal Trainig with her to improve on your muscles strength so dat you will be able to move without getting hurt too much on your knees. But then again, i would recommend you to get a doctor's opinion first on your condition.
