Ive chosen 3 of my best students to do the aerobic session while Maizatul and i was interviewed on the subject for about 7 mins.

The segment started off with an opening teaser for about a minute with the 3 doing the HiLo as instructed by yours truly of course. Credit should be given to Aliez for the superb choreography and also to Liza and Fendy for their energy.
Thank you Wanita Hari Ini TV3 especially to the producer for having us. I really hope Road Tour Kecergasan will have a good kick start on the 5th of March 2011. Come and join and have fun with us!!
